A graduate of East Carolina University, in 2014 Jean Anne was awarded a professional certificate in Sports Philanthropy from The George Washington University School of Business. Jean Anne is also finishing her 26th year as an Art Instructor for the Archdioceses of Washington Catholic Schools.

Mike Rabil is a Founder and Executive Director of Endurance Fitness 247. He also serves as Director, Partnerships for Funding Circle US and is a Co-Founder of Turnstyle Cycle. Previously, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm.

A graduate of James Madison University, Kelly is a member of the Team USA Women’s Lacrosse team, winning Gold in the 2013 FIL Championships. Kelly is also a fitness instructor, with a focus on spin, barre, yoga and all forms of personal training.
Ryan is a lawyer with the Department of Health and Human Services. In his role as General Counsel, Ryan advises the PRF on a variety of legal issues, including state and federal tax rules and their implications for the organization’s activities.
Karen Berger, Maryland Licensed Real Estate Agent. She has been active in the local real estate market for the past 25 years. A longtime Columbia resident, Karen first worked as a Property Management Specialist, overseeing both commercial and rental units for a company in Laurel, MD.
Dick is an expert in design and branding strategy. Spanning a career of over 30 years, he and the Slice Team have repeatedly been recognized for their excellence in branding and communications. He has sharply honed his skills of creative direction for large branding campaigns, meeting campaigns, web sites, publications and marketing.
Ira Rainess specializes in complex legal deal structuring and business development for a high profile client base with his Rainmaker Representation Group. A visionary in the world of sports marketing, his reputation is supported by staying ahead of the curve for some of the world’s greatest celebrity clients.
Bob Thomas is Elekta’s Vice President, Health Policy and Government Relations.
His areas of expertise include legislative affairs, business development, customer satisfaction, coalition management, and building strategic alliances. Bob also has served in multiple corporate leadership roles and on Non Profit Boards.
Meredith coordinates the extensive public relations efforts for each of Tandem's sports clients. She has over 25 years of experience in sports public relations, having previously owned sports PR company Meredith Communications. Prior to Meredith Communications, Meredith worked as a Director of Media Relations at Advantage International and at Fila USA.

Neil is the Manager of Front-End Web Development for US Lacrosse in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2008, he founded Neil Savage Design in which he offers multimedia services including web and graphic design for local individuals and businesses.
Paul Hutson is currently a full-time employee at Connections Education located in Baltimore, Maryland. Paul is also a successful freelancer working on a variety of projects from local low budget films to national commercials and feature films.
